How do I rate today? I will start by saying GOD is good. I did well with my eating. God just kept me. It was a challenging day. Work was unavoidable although I was traveling. I could not believe the course of events. I pray for favorable results with the decisions that were made regarding work. Keeping my peace or should I say finding my peace was up & down, in & out. Id have to rate today as a big 4. Tomorrow is a new day and new GRACE. May the grace and peace of God be with me. Lisa
